Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Master Degree will be an advantage
• Minimum  5 years or more experiences in corporate finance or M&A environment
• Experience with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, documentation, managing client expectations and team management
• Strong commitment of professional and client service excellence and flexibility in working in a challenging proessional environment
• Ability to analyze companies from a financial, operational and industry perspective
• Structured thinker with analytical and financial skills to work on complex financial transactions
• Professional demeanor and strong English communication skills, both written and oral
• Good communication, analytical and presentation/report writing skills
• The ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other related applications
