Marketing Associate for Croatia and Slovenia

Purpose: The Marketing Associate supports the creation and implementation of brand strategies and initiatives throughout Croatia and Slovenia. This position ensures successful market application consistent with brand, trade, and sales plans, while leading projects focused on developing new products, packaging, and product changes.

The position works closely with Strategic Insights (SI), Activation, and Sales teams, along with key internal and external partners, to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that follow company standards, global guidelines, and local legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of consumer and trade programs, making sure they reflect brand values and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal and external agencies and suppliers to guarantee smooth project implementation.
• Monitor and report on project progress, suggesting corrective measures when necessary to meet performance and budget targets.
• Collect and analyze internal sales data, P&Ls, and external reports (Nielsen, Brand Tracker) to support brand health and performance.
• Supervise new product and packaging development processes to ensure magnificent market implementation.
• Handle consumer complaints and inquiries, ensuring quick resolution and customer happiness.
• Coordinate all New Product Development (NPD) projects, packaging changes, and product quality initiatives for assigned brands.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent experience (preferred) with significant experience in Marketing.
• Proven experience in brand/portfolio management, trade marketing, and consumer communication.
• Outstanding project management skills coupled with strong business insight and a solid understanding of P&L.
• Proficiency in English and Croatian; Slovenian is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities with a talent for turning data into actionable insights.
• Driving license
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be an excellent partner with key collaborators reliably.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation skills.
