Marketing & Sales Reporting Specialist (Temporary)

This 6-month role plays a key part in supporting Marketing and Sales leaders with accurate, reliable reporting that drives better decisions. If you enjoy working with data, improving processes, and partnering with stakeholders, this role offers strong exposure and impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate and analyze reports for the Marketing – Strategic Insights (SI) teams in the markets to support business goals and targets.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation such as Desktop Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Represent the M&S Reporting Team in meetings to provide updates on reports, projects, and business needs.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of reporting processes.
• Perform quality checks and control points to ensure high-quality reports delivered by GBS.
• Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Line Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with project management experience are welcome. Experience in FMCG, BPO/Shared Service Center, or a similar industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage Marketing Directors and Strategic Insights managers.
• Good presentation skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Beginner to intermediate Power BI skills, including building dashboards and creating DAX measures.
• Nice to have: Experience with automation, macros, SAP, SQL, and/or market research data.
