Marketing & Sales Reporting Specialist (6 months Temporary)

For 6 months, this exciting role plays a key part in supporting Marketing and Sales leaders with accurate, reliable reporting that drives better decisions. What You’ll Do:

• Generate and analyze reports for the Marketing – Strategic Insights (SI) teams in the markets to support business goals and targets.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation such as Desktop Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Represent the M&S Reporting Team in meetings to provide updates on reports, projects, and business needs.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of reporting processes.
• Perform quality checks and control points to ensure high-quality reports delivered by GBS.
• Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Line Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, BPO/Shared Service Center, or a similar industry.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage Marketing Directors and Strategic Insights managers.
• Good presentation skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Beginner to intermediate Power BI skills, including building dashboards and creating DAX measures.
• Nice to have: Experience with automation, macros, SAP, SQL, and/or market research data.
