Work you’ll do

• Responsible for overall company Financial Accounting.
• Able to prepare full set of accounts and monthly financial reports.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve accounting matters.
• Monitor cash flow, Account Receivable and Account Payable.
• Collaborate with Auditors and tax agents pertaining to account and tax related matters.
• Assist to prepare quotation, purchase order, delivery order, invoices & other documentation should they be required.
• Ability to process monthly payroll
• To assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Good skill on MS Word and Excel are essential.
• Experience with the use of accounting software and ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
