Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
Provide administrative support to staff, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
