Join our team as an Office Assistant in Dubai and play a vital role in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations. As an Office Assistant, you will undertake a variety of tasks to contribute to the overall productivity and effectiveness of our office.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer and manage incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals promptly and courteously.
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents to maintain a neat and orderly office environment.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing mail and packages accurately and efficiently.
Maintain office supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring adequate supply levels for office operations.
