Wij zoeken een Onderhoudsmonteur
Wil je ook samen met ons Maintenance team de hoge betrouwbaarheid en productiviteit van het machinepark waarborgen bij Hill’s Etten-Leur?
Als Onderhoudsmonteur ben je dagelijks aan de slag met het uitvoeren van groot-en klein onderhoud aan het machinepark en overige apparatuur. We hebben drie extrusielijnen die bestaan uit geautomatiseerde weegsystemen, extruders, drogers en koelers. Daarnaast zijn er vijf packaginglijnen, waarbij de honden-en kattenbrokken volledig automatisch in de vrachtwagens worden geladen! Er komt geen heftruck meer aan te pas.
Daarnaast los je storingen op en signaleer je potentiële onderhoudsproblemen, waarbij je corrigerende acties onderneemt en deze vervolgens in SAP vastlegt. Je werkt in een 5-ploegenrooster met veel interactie tussen de Maintenance collega’s en de Operators!
Wat heb je nodig?
- MBO niveau 4 diploma, bijv. Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek, WTB of Scheepswerktuigkunde
Of een Operator B of C diploma op zak?
Dat kunnen wij aanvullen met cursussen of een opleiding!
- 1-5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
- Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en bent besluitvaardig
- Bereidheid tot het behalen van functie specifieke certificaten o.a.: Heftruck / NEN 3140 / VCA VOL
