We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the company’s daily operations and ensure efficiency, productivity, and high-quality service delivery.
The ideal candidate will manage operational teams, improve processes, and support the organization in achieving its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operational activities
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies
Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
Lead and supervise department managers and operational staff
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
Manage operational budgets, resources, and cost control
Prepare reports and present operational updates to senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Resolve operational issues and ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and operational management tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
Preferred Skills
Experience in the UAE business environment
Knowledge of project management and process optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
