Key Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in business management or finance from a recognized institution.
- Fully or partly completed professional qualification in CIMA/ACCA/CIM would be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the operations management function.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of process, structure, systems and methodology.
- Strong communication and collaborative skill.
- Achievement and solution orientated with strategic thinking skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Play a key support role to Director Passenger vehicles to manage operations of Passenger Vehicles BU by identifying key issues/operational gaps, recommending solutions, and supporting the implementation process.
- Support the formulation and execution of strategy for Passenger Vehicle BU including leading brands like Nissan, Suzuki, Renault, Yamaha Motorcycles and Marine products.
- Improve operational management systems and Standard operating procedures through adoption of best practices.
- Monitor and report working capital movement and ensuring WC KPI’s are achieved by recommending solutions for identified anomalies.
- Conduct market analysis to monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities, propose strategies for gaps identified.
- Monitor and report performance of Passenger Vehicle brands and prepare management reports.
- Assist with forecasting and the overall budgeting process.
