Lead plant systems integration projects, training of operations and engineering teams and system troubleshooting and maintenance. Execute all plant systems projects in area of expertise (SAP or Wonderware) in the assigned plant. Provide the technical expertise to configure, maintain and troubleshoot all plant systems at the assigned plant. Provide guidance and training to plant operations to foster utilization. Enforce standards that ensure global consistency of manufacturing and integration systems. Establish and maintain close relationships with the regional IT SSO and ISM teams, plant leadership teams, engineering teams, plant operations teams and quality teams. Actively participate in the global plant systems integrator’s network.
What you will do
- Lead plant systems integration projects, training of operations and engineering teams and system troubleshooting and maintenance

- Provide guidance and training to plant operations to foster utilization.
- Enforce standards that ensure global consistency of manufacturing and integration systems.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with the regional IT SSO and ISM teams.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with the plant leadership teams, engineering teams, plant operations teams and quality teams.
- Actively participate in the global plant systems integrator’s network.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Engineering or IT
- At least 5 years Engineering, supply chain operations and/or IT supply chain experience
- Experience with manufacturing operations and core processes
- Proficiency in Wonderware manufacturing software or SAP manufacturing applications, such as:
- Wonderware Archestra
- Wonderware MES
- Wonderware InBatch
- Strong proficiency in SAP usage and SAP Transactions such as:
- Production Orders
- Production Confirmations
- Material Movements (Goods Receipts and Goods Issues)
- SAP Quality Management
- Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), preferably using Microsoft SQL Server and SQL reporting services.
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Basic understanding of:
- Production Planning and Scheduling
- Inventory Management
- Planned Maintenance Concepts
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) Concepts
- Plant Floor Control System Concepts
- Operational Excellence Standards and Expectations:
- Factory Performance and Reliability (FP&R)
- EOHS Standards
- Quality Standards/Regulatory Requirements
- Plant Metrics such as throughput, Operating Efficiency (OE), unplanned downtime (UPDT)
- Ability to configure and test plant systems
- Proven track record of project management
