We are hiring a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Assistant to support purchasing and supply operations. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing suppliers, processing orders, and ensuring timely availability of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers and vendors
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Maintain procurement records and documentation
• Track deliveries and follow up with suppliers
• Support inventory and stock management
• Coordinate with finance, warehouse, and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies

• Experience and freshers can apply
• Basic computer and MS Office skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Responsible, punctual, and deadline-focused
• Ability to work independently and in a team
