Quality Controller Full Time

Responsibilities:

Implement and enforce quality control procedures and guidelines to maintain product integrity.
Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
Identify and report deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.
Monitor and analyze production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Document inspection results, maintain records, and prepare quality reports.
Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for quality-related issues.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards in all quality control activities.
Continuously strive to improve quality processes and optimize production efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools.
Attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
