Recruitment Coordinator – Dubai, UAE Internship
Position Purpose
| To coordinate recruiting activities across Middle East & Central Asia |
| Responsibilities / Duties /Functions Tasks |
| Execute initial pre-screening for junior & mid-level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment. |
| Sourcing: Research and recommend sources for active and passive candidate identification (Job posting/boards; LinkedIn; Networking, etc.) |
| Administer English/Logical tests for certain positions. |
| Interview Schedule: Coordinate interview schedule between the short listed candidates and selection team. |
| Reference checks: Collect professional and educational references from candidates |
| Job Offer: Prepare job offer/contract and related documents for selected candidate |
| New starter preparation: Assist hiring manager in coordinating set-up for new employee |
| Onboarding: Execute new employee orientation program on first day/week for new hires |
| Effectively and efficiently execute the recruiting process to meet define required cycle time. |
| Develop and implement College Recruiting /Internship Program with local Colleges and Universities |
| Ability to work effectively within a team |
| Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines |
| Ability to work independently without direct supervision |
