A professional and experienced Restaurant Captain is required to oversee the dining service team and ensure smooth restaurant operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising waiters/waitresses, maintaining service quality, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate service staff during daily operations
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Take responsibility for table service quality and restaurant etiquette
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally
Assign duties and guide waiters/waitresses during service
Coordinate with the kitchen and management for smooth operations
Ensure cleanliness and proper restaurant presentation standards
