Retail Manager Full Time
A skilled and experienced Retail Manager is required to oversee daily store operations, manage staff performance, and ensure strong sales growth and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day retail store operations and ensure smooth workflow
Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff
Monitor sales targets and ensure business goals are achieved
Oversee inventory control and stock replenishment
Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues
Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
Implement company policies, procedures, and promotions
Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
