Work you’ll do

• Design and develop policies and procedures for an organization’s privacy programs in accordance with appropriate laws and regulations.
• Conducts Privacy Impact Assessments.
• Develop Data Inventory Maps.
• Conduct training and workshops.
• Assists in the development and execution of security policies, plans, standards and procedures.
• Understand privacy laws, regulations and other requirements and shares their business implications with client.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in data privacy and protection to be able to advice clients.
• Have a good understand of data privacy related technology.
• Ensure the project objectives are met in accordance with clients’ satisfaction.
• Communicate closely with senior management and client personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university from relevant fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology and Information Systems.

• 1 year of relevant working experience in any Big Four or in-house Privacy teams (For Associate/Consultant Role).

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in any Big Four or in-house Privacy teams (For Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager Role).

• Proven track record of delivering data privacy and protection projects.

• Preferably with knowledge and experience in privacy compliance initiatives and data security laws and regulations, including SG PDPA, GDPR and any global regulations

• Any data privacy certification e.g. CIPM is an added plus.

• Any data privacy Vendor’s technology certification is an added plus.
