The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for the development and commercialization of end to end brand strategies within Professional Oral Care that deliver successful share, sales and profit targets.
What you will do
- Developing and implementing brand strategies using sound analytics and insights
- Managing all business financials, including brand P&L budgeting and tracking
- Participating in and help to oversee Brand Planning and overall Brand Communication plans
- Managing a large cross-functional team to lead commercialization efforts (R&D, Insights, Mfg, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Collaborates with Professional commercial teams to successfully execute commercial plans
- Presenting brand strategies and activities to Senior Management and External Partners
- Becoming an expert in the Professional Oral Care category
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7+ years prior experience in CPG marketing
- Demonstrated creativity, curiosity and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
- Results-oriented and strong ability to influence others
- High level of initiative, assertiveness and self-direction
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work on multiple projects at a time while delivering strong results
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Management experience preferred

Salary Range $120,720 – $158,445 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
