Site Supervisor contract
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at construction/project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site workers and subcontractors
Monitor daily site activities and ensure project progress
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site
Report progress, issues, and delays to management
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
Ability to read technical drawings and plans
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A diploma or certification in construction/engineering is an advantage
