Specialty Outlet Manager – The Cove Rotana Resort Rotana

Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Specialty Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of a specific type of outlet within a company. The Specialty Outlet Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility:
– Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the specialty outlet
– Hire, train, and manage staff to deliver exceptional customer service
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
– Maintain quality standards in product offerings and service delivery
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
– Coordinate with marketing teams to promote the outlet and attract more customers
– Prepare reports on sales performance, expenses, and other key metrics
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Specialty Outlet Manager or similar role
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
– Good understanding of sales and marketing principles
– Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
