Stock Controller Full Time
We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Controller to manage and maintain the inventory of a hotel. You will ensure that all stock levels are accurate, supplies are available when needed, and losses are minimized. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of hotel departments including F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock, including F&B, housekeeping, and operational supplies
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits
Ensure proper storage and handling of goods according to hotel standards
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and hotel departments to manage orders and deliveries
Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with the procurement team
Identify slow-moving or obsolete items and recommend action
