Store Supervisor Full Time

We are looking for a responsible Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The Store Supervisor will support the store manager in achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily store activities and staff schedules
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
Monitor sales performance and support the team to achieve sales targets
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock control
Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Train, guide, and motivate store staff
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
Prepare daily sales reports and operational updates
Support store manager with administrative tasks
