We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our banking team. The ideal candidate will contact potential and existing clients via phone, promote banking products and services, and achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote banking products.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide feedback to management on customer trends and product opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Ability to handle objections professionally.
Basic knowledge of banking products is an advantage.
