The Trade Executive- Sur Oriente is in charge of supervising the execution of the 5p’s of the traditional channel and guarantees support to the channel through constant visits and supervision to clients, for the achievement of objectives of sales and profitability of the distribution processes of the company’s products.
Responsibilities;
- Carry out the work plans by route and the implementation of the 5’p in the field.
- Work together with the distributor’s sales force to achieve the sales objective.
- Analyze sales and distribution results to assess achievement of objectives.
- Advise clients and visit them to monitor that they are served by the dealer’s salesperson.
- Meet the requirements and needs of customers, coordinating the proper functioning of the channels.
- Find new customers and coordinate the opening of new routes.
- Supervise and control the activities of distribution, sales, promotional and inventory control and rotation of customer products.
- Monitor and report on the activities of the competition and suggest action plans.
- Train and empower dealer salespeople to get expected results and customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related careers.
- 1 year of experience in sales or sales supervision.
- Management of Excel (pivot tables), Google Suite
- Intermediate English level.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Desirable experience in sales of mass consumer products.
- Desirable database management Nielsen, Tableau.
