A reputable travel company in the UAE is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Travel Support Staff to assist clients with travel arrangements and ensure smooth operations. The role involves supporting booking processes, documentation, and customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with travel bookings, ticketing, and reservations
Provide information on travel packages, itineraries, and destinations
Support visa processing and travel documentation
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers
Requirements:
Previous experience in travel support, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
