Summary
The Treasury Analyst serves a key role assisting both Corporate Finance & Trust Investments teams within the global Halliburton Treasury organization. Corporate Finance duties include supporting team on both domestic and international projects in various treasury activities, including capital markets, financial risk analysis, economic analysis, and cash and investment management. Trust Investment duties include supporting team on various global retirement plan administration projects, including investment manager searches, asset rebalancing, and various reporting requirements. Interacts frequently with external constituents such as banks, investment managers, and consultants. This role also supports operating groups and other internal customers by providing economic, financial, and strategic consulting and analysis.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Business or Finance and 3 years of experience.
- Candidate must be able to design and prepare executive level presentations.
- Must be familiar with financial, investment, and treasury concepts.
- Must possess excellent analytical skills including an aptitude in financial modeling.
- Must be detail orientated and possess excellent communication skills, and ability to think strategically.
- Must be very customer focused on internal and external stakeholders.
- Must possess a continuous improvement focus.
