Al Futtaim Automotive is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist – where you’ll be the face of our brand and the first to deliver our World’s Warmest Welcome to every customer.
📌 What’s in it for you?
- A part-time position with 2 days off per week
- Willing to work afternoon shifts, with a schedule of 4 hours per day (12:00 PM – 4:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

💼 What you will do:
- To provide full support to all customers visiting the service center. To be the first point of contact to welcome and identify customers’ needs.
- Ensure customers are given the Worlds Warmest Welcome when entering the branch.
- Responsible to ensure all customers with appointments are directed to correct executive. The aim is to give a smooth transition from entering the branch to introduction to sales executive in turn making sure the customer receives a professional service.
- Ensure all customers receive a warm send off on exiting the branch. The aim is to make our customer feel acknowledged and to show that we care.
✅ What we’re looking for:
- UAE National with Family Book (mandatory)
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Customer service experience is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel preferred)
- High school diploma or higher
