We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining smooth workflow across departments and ensure proper documentation and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office administrative duties and clerical tasks
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Prepare reports, letters, and office documents
Assist different departments with administrative support
Handle data entry and update office systems
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role is an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
