Activation Officer

The incumbent will turn brand strategies into effective on-the-ground programs that boost visibility, engagement, and sales using data-driven decisions. This role requires strong communication, event planning, networking, and project management skills to deliver results efficiently, even under tight deadlines. 

As Activation Officer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Develop channel-specific communication strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, covering planning, concept creation, execution, and post-campaign evaluation to meet business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end project execution by briefing and coordinating with creative and activation agencies, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with brand standards under tight timelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure activation programs are strategically aligned and compliant with company guidelines.
• Analyze performance data and field insights to continuously improve trade programs, and evaluate campaigns using qualitative and quantitative metrics to recommend optimizations.
• Assist the Activation Manager in implementing internal communication initiatives aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience; background in FMCG or alcohol industry is preferred.
• Experience working with or within agencies is a plus, with a proven ability to independently lead projects.
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel is required, while knowledge of AI tools and design software is an advantage.
• Experience in designing venues, events, or video content is a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
