Autocad Draftsman Full Time

A reputable company in the UAE is seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and architects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and proficiency in drafting software.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD
Interpret and convert sketches, layouts, and specifications into technical drawings
Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, or project managers
Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and project requirements
Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions
Coordinate with engineering and design teams for project updates
Assist in site measurements and drafting as required

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman or similar role
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction details
Good mathematical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of other design software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp)
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Teamwork and communication skills
