We are hiring a professional and proactive Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions, address inquiries, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will represent the company positively and support both operational and customer-facing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person
Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Provide product, service, or policy information to clients accurately
Process orders, returns, exchanges, or service requests
Assist in coordinating with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to address client needs
