A reputable company in the UAE is seeking a responsible and attentive Online Moderator to monitor and manage online communities, social media platforms, and forums. The role ensures that all online interactions comply with company guidelines and maintain a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor online platforms, social media accounts, and community forums for inappropriate content or behavior
Review, approve, or remove user-generated content as per guidelines
Respond to user inquiries, questions, and complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
Previous experience in moderation, social media management, or customer service is an advantage
Strong written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
