Summary:
As a Specialty Outlet Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations of a specialty outlet, ensuring the preparation of high-quality dishes, and maintaining food safety standards.

Job Responsibility:
1. Plan and direct food preparation in the specialty outlet kitchen
2. Create new menu items and recipes that fit with the restaurant’s theme and concept
3. Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food production
4. Monitor food costs and work towards maximizing profitability while maintaining quality
5. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all health and safety regulations
6. Collaborate with the restaurant management to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Chef in a specialty outlet or similar role
2. Extensive knowledge of different cooking techniques and cuisines
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
5. Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
6. Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus
