Technology Innovation Manager (m/f/d)

What this role is about?

The Technology Innovation Manager (Global IT) is a critical role within the Technology Innovation department, supporting Agentic Ai implementation and fostering GenAI awareness across the organization. Aligned with the department strategy, this role drives Agentic Ai projects and coordinates with diverse technical and business teams to deliver solutions that enhance operational excellence and digital transformation. In this position you will  be working closely with the team that is developing GenAi solutions across JTI.

What will you do?

• Lead the successful implementation of Agentic AI use-cases within JTI, ensuring user engagement and value realization
• Function as a key user between business teams, Business Technology Services (BTS) team and Global IT teams to identify and define appropriate use cases for AI factory initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing the value of AI implementations
• Oversee and manage AI Factory projects, facilitating the end-to-end delivery of solutions by establishing the necessary environments and access protocols, while ensuring alignment with overarching strategic business objectives throughout the project lifecycle from conceptualization to implementation
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration(Hackathons) between technical and business teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project objectives, while fostering a culture of innovation and creativity
• Monitor and report on project outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal controls, standards, and best practices within the Technology Innovation department
• Act as a liaison between the AI Factory and internal teams and external partners, exploring collaboration opportunities and sharing best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of AI initiatives within JTI

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, solution delivery, or related roles within a global environment
• Proven expertise in IT projects and working closely with the developers and business
• Experience with Azure or cloud technologies is preferred. RPA and/or similar automation knowledge with GenAi is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
