Site Engineer contract

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction activities on-site and ensure projects are completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and construction activities
Interpret and implement technical drawings, plans, and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project teams
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on schedule
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Prepare site reports and update project documentation
Manage materials, manpower, and equipment usage on site

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Previous experience as a Site Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of construction methods and site management
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
UAE experience is an advantage
